There’s no much difference in weight between female and male giant pandas of a similar age, but there’s a difference between those in the wild and captivity.
An adult giant panda weighs from 60 to 100 kg in the wild and 80 to 130 kg in captivity. Wild pandas can live to the age of 18 to 20 years, while captive pandas can live about 30 years.
A newborn cub has an average weight of 140g, with a maximum of 247g and a minimum of 42.8g.
On the morning of June 11th, 2019, the lightest cub was successfully born at Chengdu panda center, with a record weight of 42.8g, which is lighter than an egg. It's only one-fourth the size of an average newborn cub, which is quite rare and surprising.
